Marvell Consulting partners with Capgemini to support user-centred design at the Home Office
By Michael Thomas on November 20, 2024

In this strategic partnership, we’re contributing to a £12 million project that will strengthen the Home Office’s digital capabilities and help create “simple, clear, and joined-up user experiences” for public service users.

As an SME partner in this transformative three-year project, we’ll be building upon our extensive experience delivering user-centred projects for the Home Office, having previously services such as Report modern slavery online and UKVI’s worldwide complaints service. This initiative places UCD at the heart of the Home Office's digital transformation, supporting an agile, data-driven, and cost-effective approach to delivery. We’re relishing the opportunity to continue delivering accessible, efficient, and user-focused services that evolve alongside the Home Office’s goals.

Ben Marvell, CEO of Marvell Consulting, emphasised the alignment of this project with the company’s core values: “This project is a natural fit for Marvell Consulting's commitment to creating accessible, impactful public services that truly meet the needs of their users. We're thrilled to support the Home Office in its digital transformation journey, working closely with Capgemini to elevate user-centred design within the department.”

We’re looking forward to collaborating with Capgemini and the Home Office to deliver great progress and help drive the digital, data and technology profession’s future within government. Stay tuned for updates on this impactful project!
