As 2024 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year for Marvell Consulting. From exciting projects to team achievements, it’s been a year defined by growth, collaboration, and impactful delivery with our clients.
One of our standout milestones this year has been the growth of our team, which has more than doubled in size. This expansion has enabled us to collaborate with new strategic partners and grow our network of trusted associates. Each of these talented individuals has brought unique expertise and skills, enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional results.
After such a fruitful year, we’d like to share some highlights from our journey over the past 12 months.
Marvell Consulting was founded with the ambition of building robust digital services while earning a reputation for excellence and integrity. With extensive experience in delivering digital services across central government and healthcare, this year we’ve expanded into new areas of the public sector, including devolved administrations and local government.
Collaborating with new clients and stakeholders has been an inspiring experience, offering us insights into how different parts of the public sector operate. Regardless of the area, we’ve consistently seen teams demonstrate passion and commitment to delivering high-quality services. This shared enthusiasm is something we’re proud to be part of.
We were honoured to support the government digital community this year, sponsoring events like UK GovCamp and GovCamp Cymru. These fantastic events provide invaluable opportunities for public sector professionals to connect, share experiences, and exchange ideas.
Contributing to the success of these events—helping to ensure an enjoyable and productive experience for everyone involved—has been incredibly rewarding. We look forward to supporting more community events in the year ahead.
This year, we’ve built on our extensive experience in digital delivery by sharing insights and ideas through our blog. Some highlights included posts on:
Beyond the digital sector, our team has also shared ideas with non-digital teams across government, such as Wales’ Third Sector Statistics User Panel and the Government Statistical Service, sharing the benefits of taking a user-centred approach to delivery and the importance of designing for accessibility.
It’s been a privilege to see others champion our approaches and ways of working this year. Highlights include:
These acknowledgements inspire us to continue innovating and sharing our work with the wider community.
As we look forward to 2025, we’re excited about what lies ahead. Our focus will be on deepening partnerships across the public sector, building on the strong foundations laid this year, and continuing to deliver digital services that are easier to use, more efficient to deliver, and future-proof.
To close, we want to extend a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to our clients, partners, and team. Your collaboration and trust are the driving forces behind everything we do, and we’re looking forward to another successful year together.
From all of us at Marvell Consulting, we wish you a joyful festive season and a fantastic start to 2025!
Marvell Consulting is proud to join Capgemini in supporting a new Home Office initiative aimed at scaling user-centred design (UCD) capabilities across the department’s digital services.
Last Friday, we had the pleasure of heading to GovCamp Cymru. We thought we’d share some of our highlights from the day’s fascinating discussions.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been accepted onto G-Cloud 14, solidifying our position as a trusted digital partner to the UK public sector.
Whether you’re ready to start your project now or you just want to talk things through, we’d love to hear from you.
